Lynette McAlpine
Associate Attorney
Lynette T. McAlpine is an associate at McAlpine PC. She earned her license to practice law in Michigan and specializes in construction law, contract drafting, claims preparation, and construction litigation. She works with clients to develop the support for their claims, manage the claims process, participate in settling the claim in mediation or otherwise, and litigate their claims in court or arbitration, if necessary. Lynette participates in numerous construction industry associations and regularly contributes her knowledge of construction law by authoring articles and other materials for the benefit of the members of those associations. She also serves as a member of various committees and Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
Lynette graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. There, she earned numerous academic awards, served as an Editor on Western’s Law Review, and won the school’s Appellate Advocacy/Moot Court competition.
